3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have an Instagram account. Entrants must be registered with skinbetter science through Sponsor's storefront link, skinbetter.pro/esthelapimienta, with Esthela Pimienta for Beautiful Skin selected as their provider, by the end of the Giveaway Period. People already registered through Sponsor's storefront are eligible and do not need to register again. Registration is free and does not require a purchase. Employees of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and households, are not eligible.

4. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on November 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM Arizona time and ends on December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time (Mountain Standard Time, UTC-7) (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries and Story screenshots received outside the Giveaway Period will not count.

5. How to enter: one base entry

Complete all three steps during the Giveaway Period to receive one (1) base entry:

1. Like the official giveaway post on @esthelapimienta (the "Giveaway Post").
2. Tag three (3) different friends in the comments of the Giveaway Post.
3. Register through Sponsor's skinbetter science link, skinbetter.pro/esthelapimienta, and select Esthela Pimienta for Beautiful Skin as your provider. If you are already registered through Sponsor's storefront, you do not need to register again.

Each person may receive only one (1) base entry. Additional comments or additional friend tags do not earn additional entries.

6. Bonus entry

Entrants who have a base entry may receive one (1) bonus entry by completing all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

1. Share the Giveaway Post to their Instagram Story.
2. Tag @esthelapimienta in that Story.
3. Send a screenshot of that Story to @esthelapimienta by Instagram direct message.

The screenshot is required for every account, public or private. A Story share without a screenshot received by the end of the Giveaway Period does not earn the bonus entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person, even if the post is shared more than once. Maximum: two (2) total entries per person.

7. Entry conditions

Tagged accounts must belong to real people. Tags of brands, celebrities, inactive or fake accounts, or the entrant's own other accounts do not count. Each person may enter using only one Instagram account. Comments deleted before entries are compiled will not count. Entries made through bots, automation, or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who does not follow these Official Rules.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following (approximate retail value, "ARV"):

No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable. If an item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

9. How entries are compiled

On December 7, 2026, Sponsor will compile a dated list of entries from the comments on the Giveaway Post and from Story screenshots received by direct message. Each entrant who tagged three different friends receives one base entry, plus one bonus entry if a valid Story screenshot was received, for a maximum of two. Sponsor may use a comment-export tool to compile public comments. Sponsor will not check every entrant's likes or storefront registration in advance; those are verified only for the potential winner, as described in section 11.

10. Winner selection and odds

On December 8, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner, and an ordered list of alternates, from the compiled entry list using Random.org. The drawing will be recorded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. An entrant with a bonus entry has two chances to be selected.

11. Verification

Before the winner is confirmed, Sponsor will verify that the potential winner: (a) liked the Giveaway Post; (b) tagged three different real friends; (c) is registered through Sponsor's storefront with Esthela Pimienta for Beautiful Skin as their provider, checked against Sponsor's own storefront registration records; (d) sent a valid Story screenshot, if they received a bonus entry; and (e) meets the age, residency, and other eligibility requirements. Sponsor may ask the potential winner for the name or email address used to register and for confirmation of age and residency. If a bonus entry cannot be verified, it is void. If the potential winner does not qualify, Sponsor will move to the next alternate on the list.

12. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted only by Instagram direct message from @esthelapimienta. The potential winner must reply by Instagram direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of the time Sponsor's message is sent. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot be verified, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will contact the next eligible alternate under the same process. Sponsor will announce the confirmed winner on Instagram on or before December 10, 2026, or earlier if verification is completed. Sponsor will not announce an unverified winner.

Sponsor will never ask for a password, banking information, or any payment to claim the prize. Messages from any other account claiming to represent this Giveaway are not from Sponsor.

13. Prize delivery

The confirmed winner may choose one of the following:

• Shipping: free shipping, paid by Sponsor, to an address within the United States. The prize will ship within ten (10) business days after the winner is confirmed and Sponsor receives the shipping information.
• Local pickup: at Esthela Pimienta for Beautiful Skin, 642 S 4th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364, by appointment arranged in advance. Pickup must be completed within thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed.

14. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and for reporting it as required by law.

15. Privacy

Sponsor will use entrants' public Instagram usernames, comments, and tags, and any Story screenshots sent by direct message, only to compile entries and run this Giveaway. For the potential winner, Sponsor will also use their name, storefront registration details, age and residency confirmation, and delivery information to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. Sponsor checks registration against its own storefront records and does not share those records with any third party for this Giveaway. Sponsor will not sell entrant information. Registering with skinbetter science is subject to skinbetter science's own terms and privacy policy. Registrations made through Sponsor's skinbetter science storefront are separate from this Giveaway and remain active after the Giveaway ends; they are not deleted when the Giveaway closes. Temporary Giveaway administration records, such as comment exports, entry lists, Story screenshots, drawing spreadsheets, and the drawing recording, are kept only as long as needed to run the Giveaway and are then deleted, subject to any applicable business, tax, or legal recordkeeping requirements.

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's Instagram username and first name on Instagram, without further compensation.

17. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, deleted, or incomplete entries, or for comments, Stories, or messages hidden or not delivered by Instagram.

18. Questions and winner's name

For questions, or for the winner's name after the Giveaway ends, send a direct message to @esthelapimienta on Instagram or email esthelapimienta@gmail.com.
