Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $150.
- Free standard shipping: orders of $150 or more.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order. It is separate from carrier transit time, which begins once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at Esthela Pimienta for Beautiful Skin in Yuma, Arizona. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Pickup hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Pickup orders are generally prepared within 1 business day. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed ready time.

Free local pickup is available during our posted pickup hours. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup confirmation email before visiting. Orders cannot be collected before this confirmation has been sent. Your order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready for pickup.

Damaged, Incorrect, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. For missing or delayed packages, please contact us so we can review the shipment and the available tracking information. Any resolution will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
